User raised a password reset request. I need to check the email and verify if it is triggired correctly.
iam unable to view the email body for the password reset request sent from servicenow to the user email id.
with the subject as : The email subject has been excluded as a security precaution.
How can we view this ?

seems somebody configured Email Access Restrictions as the notification contains sensitive password data.
check the link and search if something like that is configured
Control visibility to email records generated by notifications

as an admin you are not able to see the email log with that subject?

Yes, Iam an admin user, but still the email body has only one line mentioned above.
is there any property or any restriction implementation available which restricts the emails with password rest to not save the body on the servicneow instance?
