Email Client emails Activity Log issues

When somebody sends an email from the email client only users with the ITIL role are able to see the email in the Activity Log. This is for the HR Case table.  Even if the person who is assigned the HR Case cannot see the email in the Activity Log.

  • Check with ACL 
  • Check You have appropriate role to read first and then write the email activity log
