Hi Team,
Good Day!
I have one requirement, we have integrations for incidents, where there are external users who log the tickets as Guest. Is there any way i can send a email notifications to external users who are callers and are not part of servicenow.
We cannot enter the static email address in notifications as it goes to one user but does't not validate to every guest user.
How can i do this?

the solution which you provided was for one user email. the thing is if any external user who is not part of servicenow logs in ticket as Guest, is there any possible way i can get the user details?
