Email notification for external user

How to send a email notification for external user..? is there any filter condition do i need to add.?

What do you mean by external user ? Those who are not in ServieNow user table ?

Goto Notifications -> go to who will receive section -> Add the static external user email address.

Hello Farhan,

I also have similar requirement wherein we need to send the notification to the external users who are not  available in ServiceNow table.
So i created a group and added all the external users to that group, but is see the email is not triggering in that case.

Is there any way, we can send notifications to these external groups or external users?
Note: External users are not fixed.

Did you find any solution to this? I have this same issue, notification is not getting triggered for external users but it does for internal users.

Hi Bharat,

You can add email address of external user in notification.
