Enable the OOB Virtual Agent Performance Dashboard to the specific group by filtering only few topic

Hi 

 

Got new requiremnt to enable OOB virtual agent dashboard, filtered with only few topics to the specific group

Any help/suggestion really helps alot

Hello,

 

To enable Virtual agent dashboard please enable Virtual Agent Analytics Dashboard (com.glide.cs.pa).

Virtual Agent Analytics Dashboard  is enabled already but here as part of new requirement, it should be visible for one specific group (it is not visible for that specific group) and we have to show few topics of virtual agent for that specific group

 

can we grant role to the group to give access for virtual agent dashboard? and is there any way to show only few topics from virtual agent for specific group

Hello,

 

Yes please give users/group "chat_analytics_viewer" role to view the the Virtual agent Dashboard.

 

No you cannot restrict individual component to particular users/groups in Virtual agent Dashboard. Either you will have to give it for the complete dashboard
