End users response to request notification needs to be added in additional comments of RITM

Request is created from interaction. When request is created , end users get a notification. The requirement is , once the end user replies to the notification via email, it mail should be added in the additional comments of the RITM and the fulfiller should be notified that the end user has commented on the RITM.
How do I achieve this ?

What currently happens? Do you have inbound actions/inbound email flows on your RITM table? For RITM's it's the same as for incidents, cases, etc. This is OOB functionality and there are numerous examples in your instance already. If non are there for RITM, you can just borrow one from another table.
