External Users to access service portal

Hi All,
I have a requirement to make external users to access service portal and record producers to raise a request directly from the link shared to them i.e. End-users who are not present in the user table and who doesn't have any role should have access. if anyone has pointers on this, can you please help on this.

HI @Kruthik M Shiva You would need to set Portal pages and widget to public true and remove roles if any in order for them to view the portal form .

This has been done but still the external user is not able to access it I have followed one KB article but still I am not able to access it.

What does the page show when you click the url as external link? Have you removed roles from role field on both pages and widget?

You are either not authorized, or record is not valid.
