Filter or Show Virtual Agent Topics based on Department Question value selected on greeting

Hi Everyone
I would like have to a custom greeting saying which department you need help . eg IT, HR or Legal
Then based on the Selection, the system should show only IT topic or HR topics or Legal topics and same behavior should be if they type utterance.
Is it feasible. the VA would be only on the single portal
