Wait for Condition error "Invalid condition provided for table change_request"

Record is found but still error shown.
The field where condition is used is also correct

Plus, important thing to note is this runs w/o error in some cases and returns error in some.
When rerun, the error is not shown again in most cases!

is the flow configured to Run as -> System User?

Flow is running on which table and Wait for Condition is waiting on which table?

The flow is run as  "Sytem User " and the table is change_request for both Wait for Condition and the flow

since you said it's running intermittently, you need to identify the pattern
