Follow button is not working on sc_task and sc_req_item tables

Hi,

 

The 'Follow' button is not working on sc_task & sc_req_item form. When I try this on Incident form, it is working.

Same is happening in our PROD, DEV but, PDI as well.

 

anybody else faced same issue, or know how to make it work?

Hi, 

Please check the UI Action of Follow button in sc_task and sc_req_item tables and try debugging from there. You may compare Follow UI action of Incident also.
