Post the Australia upgrade, an observation on the Change Module form where I have a customized reference field "On befalf of" [[ non mandatory field] if this field is not filled, every time the user opens that individual change record, on load it will prompt the user to fill the "On behalf of" field with list of users in a drop down.
Previously this was not the scenario the Change form used to load as usual, post Australia upgrade users are seeing this. On some points it is very irritating to see a list of users opened rather the actual data/fields filled in.
Please suggest how shall I stop this to happen, and on load the change form should load normally, not pointing directly any field.
This observation is only occurring on the change records, other tables like Incident, problem are working fine.
