When Incident ticket description has been updated, format in the activity log is not being copied or not in bullet form in Service Operations Workspace view.
In incident itil view when I providing the description like below
This is test 1
This is test 2
This is test 3
But in Service operations workspace incident record, In the activities it is coming like This is test 1 This is test 2 This is test 3. Like it is coming like paragraph instead of points. The formatting is not coming as it is in itil incident activities/description.
Anyone help me to fix this
