Get catalog variable action in flow designer

Hi!!
I have a requirement to create a record in particular table and I am planning to use flow designer for the design. When I am trying to get the variables using Get catalog variables action, there is no available variable in list showing. What may be the reason and how to make it work?
To create a record in table, can we go for workflow?

The sample below uses the "standard laptop" request item which has variables available to choose from.

Hi @Keerthi Lakshmi ,
You can create a record using ServiceNow Flow Designer from the actions menu.
Here is how: ServiceNow Workflows: How to Create a Workflow in ServiceNow Using Flow Designer
While with the catalog variable, you will need to start from the trigger and navigate from there. Please see screenshot below.
