Check with your internal windows team to create it for you.
By the way what happen if you select the file by CTRL + C and paste it into your local computer ?
Is that a file you want to move or complete folder ? file should easily movable via CTRL + C

Hi @deepika46,
You can try to copy the file in RDP and past in host machine ( try it ), it will work if that setting you are looking for , are pre-enabled.
Else you can access ServiceNow (Dev Instance ) from RDP and upload that file with any INC and open the same in host ( if access not restricted ) and download it.
Check this option, while doing RDP , this way you can map the drive between host & remote.
-Thanks,
