Getting "technical issue" msg when tried to used "Request catalog item" Topic block in Virtual agent

Hi there,
I created new topic to submit catalog request from Virtual Agent. For this I used OOTB Topic block "Request Catalog Item". But while testing I am getting error message as "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation." Kindly let me know what the reason for this could be. I checked on community but found nothing...

Hi @Narayan K ,
I tested this in my PDI as follows:
I enabled the (show_end_state_card) checkbox, which allows me to view request details in the form of a card.
As a result, I was able to see the request details displayed as expected.
You can also utilize the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) "Submit a Request" topic, which is inactive by default. You can activate it and use it for multiple catalog items.
