Hi Community Members,
How to Configure or Access Service Catalog in Virtual Agent Without using ServiceNow's Out-of-Box Topic Block Request Service Catalog Action. (Requirement is End User should be communicate to Virtual Agent's UI not Using Out of Box it should be more interactive).
Please Let me know if there any possible ways to achieve this.

You can utilize the OOTB "Submit a Request" topic, which needs to be activated before use. Note that this is a topic, not a topic block
