I’m planning to pursue the ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification. Could anyone please share the official prerequisites, mandatory certifications, required courses, and recommended learning path for CTA preparation?

1. Certified Technical Architect (CTA) 

2. Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Exam Blueprint 

3. Prerequisite :

The ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect exam is available to ServiceNow customers, partners, employees, and others interested in becoming a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect. Here is the recommended experience:

• • At least three years of ServiceNow Subject Matter Expertise (SME) experience
  • Experience taking business requirements and converting them into ServiceNow platform capabilities

Qualification:

Qualifications

Minimum ServiceNow Certifications (current):

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines
• Architecture Excellence accreditation (Required for 2026 CTA program registration)
