I have install Glide Virtual agent & ITSM VIRTUAL AGENT CONVERGATION in our instance.
Now we can't see 'Conversational Interfaces Guided Setup' in our instance can you help please.

Hi @basha shaik,
PFA instructions from learning plan available on ServiceNow Developer site. It worked for me earlier. Make sure you follow the instructions properly in the Exercises Module.

@basha shaik After installation of plugins, did you log-out and login again? The menu options only become available after a fresh login after a plugin installation.
