I Have not Appear in my Filter navigation 'conversion interface Guided setup'.
I have install Virtual agent Family Plugin and ITSM VIRTUAL AGENT CONVERGATION

Hi there,
If just installed the plugin, then do perform a cache.do, and logout/login.
Also... there's a typo in what you are searching for. "conversion" will not exist, try "conversational"

So which plugins did you exactly install? Like "Virtual agent Family Plugin", that's not the actual plugin name. So please be precise in the information you are providing.

Hi @basha shaik ,
Please check if the below plugin is installed correctly or not.
Glide Virtual Agent plugin (com.glide.cs.chatbot)
Hopefully you have any one of these roles(admin, virtual_agent_admin, chat_analytics_viewer, awa_admin) as you have installed the plugin so I am considering you have admin role.
Once installation is completed consider logging out and login again. Then, It should be visible as below:
