I Have not Appear in my Filter navigation 'conversion interface Guided setup'.

I have install Virtual agent Family Plugin and ITSM VIRTUAL AGENT CONVERGATION

Can you check if the Application Menu is in your instance?

Perhaps this already went wrong. If so, try to repair the plugin.
