Hide Sensitive Information from the Activity Feed

When logging a specific catalog request, an event/email notification is sent via email to the requestor containing a password. By default, this email is added to the activity feed on the RITM. This means any ITIL user can view the email and obtain the password.

What's the best way to go about hiding this information from the Activity feed?

you can either show/hide the activity feed completely but that won't help your requirement.

The only option is to use DOM manipulation.
