Hide work notes only in the service portal but keep showing in the form view

Hi, I hope everyone are ok.

I was trying to hide the work notes only in the services portal and keep the information in the form view. Anyone know how can I do that, or it is possible?

but show in this section:

Work notes only shows in the portal because the user has the ITIL role and they can see work notes. For someone who does not have this role it will not show.

You can check the Roles of the User. If the User has Fulfiller role only they can view Work Notes. 

Also, you can check ACL's for the same
