Ho to configure Granular delegation rules for ITSM

I have installed the granular delegation which works fine for HR Task but when I create a delegation rule for Incident, change the rule is not working

I created a delegation rule as 

Delegation table -Incident

delegation rule "Assigned to me(dynamic" so all the incidents assigned to him/her will be delegated to a delegate person but this rule doesn't work for incident.

 

Please let me what needs to be done here to make it work.

You will need to (temporarily) add the roles needed to work on the records.

Both the users in the screen shot provided are part of same group.

I did not get you what roles we are supposed to add?
