How can I make the virtual agent pop when using AI search

When implementing Now Assist AI search, on the portal, I would like the Virtual Agent to "pop" up rather than be redirected to the Search landing page.

 

I am unable to see any configuration around this or how to make it happen.

 

Can anyone advise?

Try with this property value change :

  • system property glide.sc.va.render_type.legacy  to true can help enforce the pop-up behavior
