Could you please suggest how to achieve the below requirement:

 

How to show outage in the related list on incident if only CI have outages entries .

From an incident -> Create outage record.

It will automatically show in Outage tab/related list.

How are you creating the outage? Is the outage related to the incident or only to a specific CI?
