How do I migrate from Agent Chat to Virtual Agent in ServiceNow?

I am currently using Agent Chat in the Service Portal, but I want to switch to using the Virtual Agent instead. I have installed the required plugins (Virtual Agent and ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations) as mentioned in the documentation, and followed all the necessary steps.

However, the our customized Agent Chat is still appearing in the Service Portal. I want to decommission Agent Chat from the backend and enable the Virtual Agent. I have already deactivated all related configurations.
