How do I view ticket details for topic recommendations?

Hello all,

 

I'm trying to install Virtual Agent and am at the Topic Recommendations stage. I ran the topic recommendations and am unsure what I should do with them. For example, the recommended topic "ITSM - Issue - Software - Browser" is outside VA's capabilities. How can I look at the tickets that comprise that issue to determine which phrases should be included in the model so that VA can handle them?
