Hi Everyone,
I have a doubt regarding assignment rules. I need some info on how can we have assignment rules:
If Table A and Table B have same category and need different groups to be populated, How can it be done?
where the category is same for both tables and no additional tables created for the assignment rules.
What are the other features which can be used to fix this problem.
Thanks for the repsonse in Advance.

but they must have to take the assignment rules from somewhere right, like assignment lookup rules.
In that you must have to set the rules as per the conditions.
As shown in the image if the rules are given what will it take assignment group from the table mentioned.

Hi @SaiDeepakk ,
Create 2 diffrent assignment rule for each table.
1. Create once for inc table
2. Create anothe for prb table.
Once the conditions are met for each table the relevent table will trigger its assignment rule.
