How to automatically export large amounts of data

I want to export the records created that day from a table to a local terminal.
Note that MidServer is not available.
If I want to export 100000 records without raising the export limit from the default setting, what is the best way to accomplish this?
If you write powershell or scripts, I would also appreciate if you could tell me how to create them.
