How to Automatically pop up the Virtual Agent Chat window on CSM Portal ?

Hello All,

 

We would like to pop up the virtual agent chat window immediately when the user opens the CSM Portal.

 

Does anyone have any idea how to automate the virtual agent chat window to open up ?

Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.

I did a quick search for Agent Chat configuration on my articles, this is the one:

With Proactive Triggers you won't be able to achieve this.

I've written about this in detail in my articles. What's you real question 🙂

 

Always a question for validation:

Are you using a legacy Virtual Agent widget (or cloned version), or are you using Agent Chat? Looking at your image I suspect you are not using Agent Chat configuration?
