I tried to change the Priority in the incident list view, but its not updating with new value. I want to know that is it possible to change the Priority through the Incident's List View?

Hi @Rahman786 ,
We are not suppose to change the priority directly instead priority is calculated based on "impact" and "urgency". That's why you are not able to change the priority from list view, or form view.
You can modify the "impact" and "urgency" field, which will result in updating the "priority".

The Priority filed is typically read only on the form and depends on "impact" and "urgency" fields on the form.
The value of the priority is calculated based on the priority matrix set in your instance.
I would suggest if you want to change priority from list view, try changing the values on impact and urgency instead which will automatically change the value on priority.
