How to change the time stamp from date and time to mins ago on Active chat panel in Interaction form

Is it possible to change the time stamp in mins ago format for Active chat panel in the Interaction record for below screenshot.

You can change this by modifying your user preference for Date and time format.  Go to your user icon in the top right of the window and select Preferences.  Under the Display category, change your Date and time format value to an option with "5 min ago" included and click X to close the preferences window.  Chat time stamps will now appear with the min ago appended to the end (See below).
