We have an issue with the live chat not getting connected to the agents via iPhone, but working from desktop portal and android.
How to get the list of users who are using the live chat from iPhone and number of user doing from desktop/portal.?
Also can we disable the live chat in iPhone alone?
What can be done to fix this issue?
