Hello @Research ,

Fixed code for incidents resolution is it some field ?

For 2nd - Resolved by known error - you can create it by adding condition on resolution code field as known error.

For 3rd tk 6th - you can go for incident_metric table , it stores duration for all the state values. You can filter the 'value' field on incident metric table as per the values of state you want for which you want duration .

For 7th - report by assignment group is simple as it is a direct field on the incident table - so you can report on that.

Please mark helpful if you found it useful in anyway.

Same thing I want to create as report and attach/share to dashboard

Hello @Research

So where is the blocker ? You could directly create a report on incident_metric table and apply whatever filters you want ...

Please mark my above answer as helpful if it helped you in anyway 🙂
