How to disable the "Awaiting acceptance" piece of the HR process to immediately close a HR Case

I am trying to disable this functionality. I found this KB article explaining how to do it and upon doing so, the cases still go into 'awaiting acceptance' when the 'close completed' button is clicked by a HR User. 

 

How do I disable this?

@bigbacon Did you try to use "Skip Automatic User Acceptance State " case option on the HR Service?

Didn't know that was a thing. I'm guessing you do this in the template for the service?

@bigbacon This needs to be configured on the HR Service form on case options field.
