How to display specific articles to the user on the service portal?

Hi Developers,

I have created the custom field called support level on knowledge article form which has options L0, L1 & L2. Now I want only show L0 articles to the user when they search knowledge article on portal. How to achieve this functionality.

Not sure you needed a custom field for this. It would make more sense to have these if different knowledge bases and then only publish what would be a "L0" in the Knowledge base that is searchable in the portal.

Hi @asrsharma07 

You can manage knowledge access through Can Read, Cannot Read, Can Contribute and Cannot Contribute through User Criteria.

In User Criteria, you'll be able to define Users, Groups, Roles, Companies, Locations, etc. Or even Advanced to do the scripting validation.
