From where are you accessing this Knowledge Article?
As mostly You can manage knowledge access through Can Read, Cannot Read, Can Contribute and Cannot Contribute through User Criteria.
In User Criteria, you'll be able to define Users, Groups, Roles, Companies, Locations, etc. Or even Advanced to do the scripting validation.
