How to download a template with the fields present in the table. I need to use the template to import for ITAM SERVICENOW Tool implemenation

Hi @kaushikkumar 

You must have admin access to export the template.

Steps:

  1. Go to the table for which you want to download the template.
  2. Click on any column’s context menu and select Import.
  3. A new window will open. Select the options as shown in the screenshot and click Download.
