Hello Team,
I'm working on Virtual Agent (VA) configuration setup under this working on Incident creation topic from VA.
We should choose the service(cmdb_ci_service) while submitting the incident from VA.
In my organization we're showing the services based on the role(itsm role) and company.
For ex: We have 5 services like service1,service2, service3, service4,service5 for X company
We have 4 services like serviceA, serviceB, serviceC, service for Y company
X company users should see only their services and Y company users should see only their services.
To show the respective services we have a logic as below
We have table with fields of company and services combination. In this way visibility of the services granted.
Kindly help me to filter the services based on company using script in virtual agent dynamic choice inputs.
