How to get Ai search provision

Hi Team,

I have requested AI Search Provision on my instance (Vancouver). But Its been 3 days I have not not AI Search is not enabled yet. 

Is there any other things that needs to enable first.

You can create HI case for this, usually it should not take this much time.
