Hi @Sameeksha M
Do you have admin access to the Teams?

Hi @Sameeksha M,
That message — “You don’t have the required permissions to access this org” — is coming from Microsoft Teams and indicates an account or tenant access issue, not a ServiceNow configuration problem. Here’s what you can do:
Check the account and tenant
Make sure you’re signed in with the correct work account for the organization that hosts Teams. If you see multiple orgs in the profile menu, switch to the right one. If you were invited as a guest, confirm the invitation was accepted and that the tenant allows external users.Verify license and permissions
Ask your Microsoft 365 admin to confirm that your account has a valid Teams license and is active in Azure AD (Entra ID). If needed, they can reassign the license or adjust Conditional Access policies.Review Teams app policies
In the Teams Admin Center, ensure custom apps (like the ServiceNow bot) are allowed under permission and setup policies. If your organization blocks custom apps, the ServiceNow integration won’t load.
Once this is resolved and you can sign in to Teams, you can proceed with the ServiceNow integration steps:
- Activate the Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams plugin (sn_va_teams) in ServiceNow.
- Configure the Teams connection with OAuth and register the app in Azure AD (including redirect URLs).
- Enable Now Assist for Virtual Agent and make sure AI Search is configured and indexed.
