How to link change tasks to the issue created in Jira which is replica of change request ?

We are creating issues in Jira whenever change request are created and assigned to Hardware Group.

We got the requirement to link change task as well to the issue of Jira? how can we proceed.

Note: I am doing integration with Jira Spoke.
