How to list Incidents with a Related Change Request linked

I would like to list all the Incidents where, in the Incident Details form, in the Related Records section, a Change Request was added 

 I ran the filter below on the Incidents table but no records are returned. 

 

I assume it is because there is a many to many relationship between the Incidents table and the Change Record table.

How would I create a list of all the incidents where there is a change request ?
