How to make a Teams call when a P1 incident is created?

Hello Friends,

Any help on triggering a MS teams call when a P1 incident is assigned to On-call rota?

You can create a Flow that does that via an API. It looks like the Microsoft Graph API will allow you to trigger a Teams call. See this link for details: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/application-post-calls?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http
