Hello Community,
I’m customizing the configuarble Workspace in ServiceNow and have encountered an issue with opening a specific Record Producer . My goal is to add a menu item in configuarble Workspace that opens the Record Producer in the classic UI, not the Service Portal view.
Problem: The Record Producer opens in the Service Portal view. I need it to open in the classic UI (normal UI view) instead.And facing a error i am interacting with the catalogi item but not able to submit it.
Questions:
- What is the correct step to configure to open a Record Producer in classic UI from the configuarble Workspace?
- Are there any specific parameters or URL formats that can ensure the form opens in the classic UI?
- Is there any additional configuration needed to ensure it does not redirect to the Service Portal?
I appreciate any help or examples on how to resolve this issue!
