I am working on a business requirement where I need to populate Dynamic Ci group value in "Dynamic Ci group" field on the change form.
The Dynamic CI group value is fetched by this way
1. Open the Affected CI record
2. Go to Service Configuration Item Associations Related list, Open the record from Service ID.
3. Check if it has "Service Offering" related record in related items, if yes open it.
4. check if that service offering contains Dynamic CI group name contains "LOB - Dynamic CI". If yes populate that in the "Dynamic Ci group" field on the change form.
