In native view stages are correct but sow view(problem) extra stages are there like pending change, Known error, Resolved/Closed I want to remove those extra stages

Hi @Shweta ,
You can just inactive the "change_request" state choice as per business need then corresponding stage will not be appeared as flow formatter in SOW. Please follow the link shared by @abbasshaik4 .
