How to remove menu option in the ServiceNow Virtual agent

My requirement is has such I have to completely remove the option of menu in the virtual agent.
I don't want the 3 dots Menu option in my virtual agent.

Please refer the screenshot below for better understanding.

Hi,

 

Navigate to All --> sys_cs_branding_setup.LIST --> ENTER, it will open "Default branding" page. 

On the Branding record opened, scroll to the Related List "Menu Items", and deactivate the menu items concerned.

 

Note: You can deactivate/remove the options, though the dots will remain visible with an empty menu.

Hello Pooja,

I very much appreciate your fast response. I was able to disable the options which were inside the support option all though those 3 dots were still visible.
