Hi @Newtest
1: Identify or Create the Event that Triggers the Notification
First, you need to ensure there’s an event in the system that triggers the notification. This could be an event that already exists within ServiceNow (e.g., a change request being approved) or a custom event that you create specific to your application’s needs.

2: Create or Update a Notification

1. Navigate to Notifications: Go to System Notification > Email > Notifications.
2. Create New / Edit Notification: If creating a new notification, click on New. If modifying an existing one, search for it and click on its name to edit.
3. Fill Out Necessary Fields:
Name: Give your notification a clear, descriptive name.
Application: Ensure the correct application scope is selected if necessary.
Event: Select the event that should trigger this notification.
4. Configure Recipients:
- To target the Application Development Manager specifically, if they’re identified by a role or a specific user record, you can specify that role or user in the Users field under the Who will receive section.
- To target other selected group members, use the Groups field under the same section to specify which groups should receive the notification.

Ensure the Receive conditions align with your requirements, determining when users in these roles or groups actually get the email.

3: Customize the Email Content
Under the What it will contain section, customize the email subject and message to suit your notification purpose. You can use variable data from the triggering record to personalize the emails.

4: Define Conditions (Optional)
If there are specific conditions under which this notification should be sent (for instance, only for certain types of requests or under specific statuses), you can define these under the When to send section.
