How to setup assignment group logic in awa queue

Hi, 

As per the requirement I have to route a case to single queue with different assignment group based on the case product. here I have a logic in script include and how can I configure that script at queue level with multiple assignment groups?.

Is it really possible? I know we can split this logic with different queues and assignmnet groups but here I want it in single queue.
